Is Bolli suitable for all dog breeds?
Bolli is designed for small and medium-sized dogs. The tennis balls included are standard size and fit most dogs perfectly. For very small puppies or breeds, we recommend always supervising playtime.
What is the battery life?
Bolli has a rechargeable battery life that lasts for several playtimes on a single charge. Charging is easy via the included USB-C cable and takes a few hours to fully charge.
Can I use other tennis balls?
Yes! Bolli works with most standard-sized tennis balls. However, we recommend always using clean and dry balls for optimal function — wet or dirty balls can affect throwing distance and cause wear on the machine.
How quickly is Bolli delivered?
We ship your order the same day (if you order before 2 PM on weekdays). Standard delivery time is 2–4 business days within Sweden. You will always receive a tracking number via email when the package is dispatched.
What does the 30-day return policy include?
If you are not satisfied with Bolli, you have 30 days to return it for a full refund — no questions asked. The product must be in original condition. Please contact our customer service for return instructions.
Is Bolli safe for my dog?
Yes! Bolli is made of high-quality and dog-safe ABS plastic. The machine has a soft throwing function that is designed to be gentle on the dog's teeth. We always recommend supervising play, especially the first few times.
